CSP Revenue Maximisation Trends 2012-14

The study was designed to consider how CSPs are currently maximising their revenues and minimising their revenue leakage, what the challenges are, and what CSPs intend to do in the next few years to improve revenue maximisation.

One key finding that has become obvious throughout the study is that CSP’s global success is depended on their ability to charge, react, provide and detect in real-time. Further research findings demonstrate how CSPs are currently maximizing their revenues and minimizing their revenue leakage which amounts up to 2,8% in average. CSPs experience their biggest cause of revenue loss because of system’s misalignments while billing and charging systems can be the source of many problems as well.
